The survey titled, Successful Strategies Implemented by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Who Are Leaders and Aspiring Leaders: Navigating the Challenges Associated within a Predominantly White Organization (Rao et al., 2023) was created with questions focusing on the experience of BIPOC leaders and aspiring leaders in white-led organizations. This survey is referred to as the BIPOC Leader Survey for brevity and can be viewed in its entirety for reference.
