Transformational-Change-Readiness-Toolkit-Information.pdf (click to download) – The BBI Transformational Change Readiness Toolkit is designed to help human service organizations identify the trends that will present the greatest challenges for the human services sector and offer strategies to address these challenges.
Train-the-Trainer-Curriculum-Information.pdf (click to download) – BBI recognizes the importance of assisting stakeholders that are invested in improving sustained positive outcomes for youth and families post-residential intervention. This curriculum will enhance stakeholders’ capacity to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees who work with youth and families.
